Before launching The Unity Folks™, Earl served as Vice President of Sales at SylvanSport, an RV and outdoor gear company, where he drove annual sales from $800,000 to nearly $20 million in just four years, a record-setting achievement that cemented his reputation as a visionary and results-driven leader.
Building a Legacy
In 2019, Earl founded Black Folks Camp Too™ to remove fear, add knowledge, and invite more folks to experience the outdoor lifestyle.
What began as a bold idea has grown into a full-scale ecosystem.
